Name:Bake-neko Anime:Ranma Nibun no Ichi (Ranma 1/2) Description: The Bake-Neko, or "Ghost Cat" as it is translated, is the spirit of a Cat who resides in the Cat Temple. The Bake-Neko is looking for a potential mate and will do anything to get that mate. He believes that Shampoo is the perfect mate for him and attempted to gain her as a bride by trapping her. He also appears to know about both Ranma's fear of cats and Shampoo's cursed form, and uses both to his advantage.

Name:Blue Anime:Shinigami no Ballad (Ballad of a Shinigami) Description: Kota Seto with his friend Mai Makihara find an abandoned kitten (which Mai names Blue) in a box in a park, and due to Mai's persistence, they end up moving it to a nearby shrine where they take care of it by visiting it daily and giving it food. Mai on a rainy day go's and checks on blue, Mai is taken to the hospital and soon after dies. Kota blames the cat for Mai's death and intended to leave it for dead.

Name:Buyo Anime:Inuyasha Description:Buyo is Kagome's really fat cat. When Kagome went to get him a demon pulled her into the well. Of the times I've seen him, he was either sleeping or being played with by InuYasha. Almost every time InuYasha comes to Kagome's time, he'll be seen playing around with Buyo (not that Buyo likes it).

Name:Chiyo ChiChi (Chiyo's dad) Anime:Azumanga Daioh Description: Chiyo ChiChi is obviously not actually Chiyo's dad. It's a weird cat thing that appears in Sakaki's dreams, proclaiming to be Chiyo's father. It speaks, it flies, and it has tea with Chiyo. Even though it only appears in Sakaki's dreams, she tends to think of it as real, and mentions it many times throughout the series.

Name:Chobi Anime:Kanojo to Kanojo no Neko Description: She met Chobi, and She adopted Chobi as her own. Chobi quickly came to love 'She' as his mother, and as a lover with a kind and beautiful appearance. As time passes, Chobi and 'She' create a strong bond with each other, and begin to see each other as a source of refuge from the rest of the world.

Name:Daniel Anime: Shinigami no Ballad(Ballad of a Shinigami) Description: a black cat with wings, that accompanies Momo the shinigami. He has a bell around his collar that people usually hear when momo is near because daniel is always with her.

Name:Diana Anime: Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Description:Diana's the little grey cutie-kitty that is guardian of Chibi-Usa, future princess of Crystal Tokyo, and the daughter Luna and Artemis. Diana is the innocent little neko who's constantly asking innocent questions, and tring to act mature like her mother.

Name:Jiji Anime:Kiki's Delivery Service Description:Jiji is Kiki's cute and quirky talking cat. He is completely in black expect for his big white eyes. Jiji is a very interesting character and it is hard to give him a specific personality.

Name:Jingoro Anime:Kimagure Orange Road Description: Jingoro is the Kasugas' pet cat in the anime, he does not appear in the manga. To Jingoro's dismay, he is often the victim of Manami and Kurumi's abuse of "The Power." Because of this, Jingoro often makes attempts to flee from the Kasuga household.

Name:Kamineko Anime:Azumanga Daioh Description: Kamineko is a seemingly harmless cat that Sakaki encounters every morning on her way to school. However, Kamineko is not as harmless as he looks because every single time Sakaki tries to pet him, he bites her. He seems to hold a real grudge against Sakaki, because at one point he gathers all of the cats in the neighbourhood to attack her.

Name: Karin-Sennin Anime:dbz Description: Guardian of Karin Tower. Grows magical senzu beans that replenishes a person back to full health. He trains Gokou to battle Daimao.

Name: King Anime: Nadia Description: King is a small lion, and he is Nadia's best friend before she meets Jean and the others. He will become eventually Marie's playmate during the episodes, playing with her all day. He is a very jealous animal, especially when Nadia and Jean become more intimate.

Name:Kotatsu-neko Anime:Urusei Yatsura Description: Poor Kotatsu-neko... he was frozen to death a long time ago after he was kicked out in the winter cold by his owner. He is now a ghost cat who had decided to haunt the people who refuses him shelter. Kotatsu-neko is attracted to warmth, especially kotatsus' (hence his name), which are heaters attached to the bottom of the table to warm ones feet. He likes to drink tea and eat Taiyaki.

Name:Kuroneko Mr. black cat Anime:Trigun Description: A feline none of the regular cast members seem to pay ANY attention to..(ie: unconciously throwing it out of windows, flung off a bar table, When Milly opens the garbage can out pops the cat, ect). The cat is more there to add a laugh or two then to any bearing on the Trigun series. They didn't really bother to give this cat a gender.

He has some ability to supress the negative emotions that these children would have. Kyaa unfortunately met with an untimely accident, much to the sadness of his current patient, Shion.

Name:Yamamaya (Maya) Anime:Azumanga Daioh Description: Maya (short for Yamamaya) is a mountain cat from Okinawa. The girls meet him on their class trip and he actually likes Sakaki. Later on when Maya's mother dies, he makes his way to Tokyo and finds Sakaki again. Since Sakaki can't have pets at home, Chiyo offers to keep Maya until Sakaki moves out. Finally, poor Sakaki gets a cat of her very own!

Name: Yattaro Speedy Cerviche Anime:The Samurai Pizza Cats Description:Speedy Cerviche is the unofficial leader of the Pizza Cats. Hey may seem weird, making jokes at the most inconvenient times.
